If You are an Authorized Representative of one of Our business customers, please reach out to the competent authority in Your organization to process Your consent   withdrawal requests. Any and all consequences of Your withdrawal of consent resulting in, inter alia, disruption of certain services, or unavailability of some Platform features, will be borne entirely by You. We will also inform the relevant third-parties with whom We have shared Your Data to stop processing Your Data.

3. Right to access information about Data processed: You have the right to access and obtain (i) a summary of Data which is being processed by Us and the processing activities undertaken by Us with respect such Data; (ii) the identities of all other data fiduciaries and data processors with whom Your Data has been shared by Us, along with a description of the Data so shared; (iii) any other information related to Your Data and its processing as may be required.

Right to correction and erasure of Data:

1.  Erasure: You have the right to erasure of Data for the processing of which You have previously given Your  consent. All erasure requests will have to be routed through  Your company.

2. Correction, completion, and updation: You have the right to correction, completion, updation of Data for the  processing of which You have previously given Your consent. Upon receiving Your request for correction, completion or updation of Your Data, We will (i) correct the inaccurate or misleading Data; (ii) complete the incomplete Data; and (iii) accordingly update Your Data. You will be responsible for verifying if the Data provided by You is genuine and authentic. All such requests will have to be routed through Your company.

3. Right to grievance redressal: You have the right to redress Your grievances in respect of any act or omission by Us in relation to the performance of Our obligations in relation to Your Data. Retention of data

1.
